Bascom X Remanded on Gun Charge

Bascom X Remanded on Gun Charge Bascom X’s attorneys were unsuccessful in getting bail for the gun charges brought against the artist. The artist was arrested after the police acted on information received regarding a male robbery suspect in the area. The police got to Bascom X’s home at around 2:30 in search of the suspect. The man ran on approach of the cops but was later captured.

The officers searched the house and allegedly found a .45 handgun with five live rounds of ammunition. Two other persons - one of them a woman - were also arrested and charged with illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition. Their names were not released by the police.

The artiste whose real name is Ryan Sudlow was remanded and is to return to the gun Court in Kingston.
