Ahh a Flex of The Week again, how long has this been like a year? lol. Same way though was amped to get ready for this weekend 'cause it was going to be crazy. Amplified, X Rated, Bob Marley Weekend & Seductive @ Club NV, wah mad tings, gas, mad Red Bull to drink and mad pictures to take. Too much work during the week, too much stress, bills to pay and thank God the weekend was finally here.

Call up Leo from TRENDS, "Yuh rolling out? ... Yeh man, mi ready! ... What Time? ... 'Bout 11 yuh si mi!" Clock ticks, Cheaters coming on, Saturday Night Live, Leo must be on some Jamaica 11 o'clock business. "Yeow mi jus ah get on the highway, 30 minutes away! ... Alright Bless!" Grab a quick fresh, no hair cut so haffi find a hat, ahh see it here, and can't do anything 'bout the shave face experiment, looking 12 and have a fat face (A beard hide nuff tings!). Finally Leo reach, grab 2 camera, some Love Potion flyers for Feb. 12th featuring Hpnotiq @ Aquarium (shameless plug! lol), and we bounce for the flex.

Shot through downtown, move slow some places 'cause crazy police and don't want to get no ticket and we finally reach Peacock. Little after 1 and the line was down the block, Peacock must be RAM! Couldn't bother join no long line so guess what ... ring ring ... "Yeh Foe (Urban Ent), we outside son, this line nah mek it! ... Yeh I'm by the door. ... Alright cool!" Finally the AtlantaReggae.com status working (lol). "Yo let those two in! ... Which two? ... Those 2 Girls? ... Nah, the two with the flyer? ... Which two? ... Those two right there!" It was frantic outside the security turn fool, guess they never know Urban and Twin Towers lock Peacock on a regular with their events. We skip the the line, eeeh ah lie, bounce pass security, hail up Webba, hug two fans, reach inside! Can you say ram! "RAM!" And DJ Tek Life was on the 1s and 2s killing it with some 90s vibe. Hailed up some local celebs, grab a corner and just watch the vibe.

Since we had nuff moves to make in one night, lost no time to start snap some shots, crowd was thick so had to take my time. "What you doing here? ... No Amplified? ... Wah? ... (Insert Passa Passa Here) .. Alright, you know we have a party next week right? ... Yeh Love Potion! ... Yeh ladies Free all night with flyer, so pass through. Two hug and kiss, more pics amidst the crazy vibe. People were going crazy up in there, guys grabbing girls, ladies looking good, ladies dancing, ladies and yeh more ladies. As I made my rounds, King AP took the wheels of steel and that made it even worserer (new word). They started to flatten the place with some hip hop and an already hot Peacock just exploded. Girls dancing and sweating hard, guys taking off their jackets, people buying drinks at the bar, a real party vibe.

A few more snaps, chill by the dj booth, hail up more folks, and 2 o'clock reach us, time to make an exit. "You leavin already? ... Yeh, have to promote and take more pics! ... Alright! Two hugs for the 1st lady of Urban Ent and we're gone. But wait, we can't leave 'cause there is still a line at 2 in the morning going down the steps, this is sick! Finally we make it downstairs and there is still a line down the block! Pause, I'd like to take the opportunity to ask for some gas money from Urban & Twin Towers ... yeh about a bills ($100), um yeh that much. Alright, Play!

We zip through downtown again, jump on I20, zip 'round 285, exit Glenwood to check out Seductive Saturdays @ Club NV (plug, yes that would be $5 sir! :) ) and guess what star, another damn line at after 2 in the morning, look like everybody doing good so far tonight. Never know the regular procedure for getting in pass the line here so wah ... "Yeow let's bounce, cause by the time we join the line, get in, and bounce we might miss the other places! ... Alright cool!" Later we find out it just takes another ring of a celly to get into NV, so now we know, big up Krushmore.

Cell phone rings ... Eeh, nuttin going on there ... sticky ... alright we'll just head to Legacy then ... click! So we flash to Legacy ... screech ... Leo almost write us off missing the exit on Memorial Drive, but we got to Amplified in one piece. Pull up, parking lot looking good, some sexy girls walking through the parking lot, yep, we're at the right place. Same time we ran into Lawrence and Julian from Johno & Rush on their way in as well, some quick big ups, "Everyting criss? ... Yeh man ... Cool!" Our quick cool vibes quickly turned to curiosity as a shawty shawty yute started coming to us cussing loud to himself. These down south guys are always off kilter so we kinda watch him still 'cause you never know what they are going to do next. Looks like the police throw him out the dance, so he was well vex bout dat. I woulda vex too cause nuff hot girls in the club and the vibes going on wicked ... and you get thrown out the party? ... Cross, Angry, Vexated & Miserable! (lol) We leave the disgrunteld shawty and get in the line, saw Chris from MoSAIC and Johno & Rush get in safe, we already know the deal so I got passes in advance. Pause ... why people just turn up at events just expecting to get in ... dat nuh meck it! ... Play!

We get inside, nice crowd, nuff girls, Richie D was on the 1s and 2s blazing some soca for the people. Girls and soca is the best combination. Hail up who fi hail up, small up who fi small up. Run into Debbie and Leah from Rogue, hug up, daps to Steve the Rush in Johno & Rush, boom off to Dre from TRENDS, hugs to nuff girls, daps to Richie, shake Jazzy hand, Mix Master David, John Wayne, Devrin of Vendetta, and the list goes on, nuff peoples in the place. Hold a small corner, and Leo rush to the bar to buy two juice, pure vibes and niceness. After Richie done his soca set, Jazzy jump on and start run some hype oldies tune then inbetween his set, some hip hop, some bad man tunes, crazy forwards in the place. Although the place wasn't ram, the vibes of the DJs just got the club alive and people were having fun all over, smiles all over, vibes all over. Then when you thought people couldn't get any hyper, Jazzy played Jah Rules New York then ... " ... cut that sh*t, weh all mi bloodcl@wt Jamaica ppl deh?!" ... "I got a Guinness and a highgrade spliff, I'm from Jamaica!". Pulllll Upppppp, club Legacy flattens!

The vibes continues from there, Mix Master David & John Wayne come on and play a good selections of tunes to calm down the people and then build them back up into a crazy vibes. Mix Master David started to run some oldies hip hop and disco, Naughty By Nature then all of a sudden. "Stop ... unnuh ah try flop mi or wah? Vibes up man!" Fresh Prince of Belair, etc, the crowd was in a frenzy, then Richie D come on and murder ppl with some Avril, Ashley Simpson, Maroon 5, Lenny Kravitz, some mad MTV vibes, the ladies never knew what to do with themselves. The night wound down, if you can call it that, with some wicked culture tunes, applauded with serious forwards. People seemed like they just never wanted to leave, way into the early 5 o'clock hours of the morning. We left out with the crews and get ready for another week in the ATL.

This weekend was good vibes all around and people had a very good time in ATL. Three events in one night and all doing well is a very good thing. Let's hope it continues that way. Big ups to Urban Ent., Twin Towers, Krushmore & MoSAIC for a great set of events.The next event for Urban Ent. is Eye Candy on February 19th @ Club Legacy, MoSAIC has Sexi Bleu Jeanz on April 16th @ Legacy, Krushmore Mardi Gras on Feb 12th @ NV, and don't forget Love Potion this Saturday February 12th @ Aquarium ;).
